Bronşial Sleeve Rezeksiyonlar

Abstract

Bronchial Sleeve Resections
Five cases of sleeve resections performed on for non - bronchial adenomas are presented. Two cases had right upper lobectomy- sleeve resections for bronchial carcinoma : one cases was operated for rupture of the bronchus, one case had endobronchial tuberculosis and the fifth case had right middle lobectomy - sleeve resection for papilloma. 10. Surgical ındications are discuussed and early and long term results reviewed.

Abstract

Kliniğimizde bronş adenomların dışında uygulanan 5 sleeve rezeksiyon vak'ası takdim edildi. İki vak'ada bronş karsınomu nedeniyle sağ üst lobektomi - sleeve rezeksiyon, bir vak'ada endobronşial tüberküloz nedeniyle sleeve rezeksiyon, bir vak'adada bronş papillomu nedeniyle sağ orta lobektomi - sleeve rezeksiyon uygulandı. Vak'aların ışığı altında sleeve rezeksiyonların endikasyonu, yakın ve uzak sonuçları incelendi.
