Abstract

Bu çalışmada, kullanılan materyal ve yöntemler tanımlandıktan sonra, 1965-1975 yılları arasında Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Nükleer Tıp Merkezi'nde yapılan karaciğer sintigrafilerinde normal karaciğer varyans oranları belirlenmiş ve sonuçlar literatürdeki diğer çalışmalarla karşılaştırılmıştır. Karaciğer sintigrafisi değerlendirmesinde hekim öncelikle kütle tayini yöntemi ile karaciğerin normal sınırlar içinde olup olmadığını belirlemeli, ardından karaciğerin normal varyasyonlarının insidansını ve iç ve dış yapılardan kaynaklanan aktivite eksikliklerini göz önünde bulundurmalıdır. Bu, sintigrafi yönteminin daha güvenilir, emniyetli ve kesin bir tanı aracı olmasını sağlayacaktır.

Criteria For Distinguishing Normal And Pathological Liver Scintigraphy

Abstract

In this study, after describing the materials and methods used, the normal liver variance rates were determined among liver scintigraphies performed at the Ankara University Faculty of Medicine Nuclear Medicine Center between 1965 and 1975, and the results were compared with those of other studies in the literature. In the evaluation of liver scintigraphy, the physician should first determine whether the liver is within normal limits by mass determination method, and then consider the incidence of normal variations of the liver and the activity deficiencies caused by internal and external structures. This will ensure that the scintigraphy method is a more reliable, safe and definitive diagnostic tool.
