Abstract

1969 - 1976 yılları arasında AÜ. Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniğine yalan 25 ovarial tümörlü gebe kadın takdim edildi. Bu periodda, bu klinikte 13675 doğum
oldu. Gebelikte ovarial tümör insidansı her 547 doğuma birvak'a idi. Basit ve dermoid kistler en sık rastlanan lezyonlardı. 5 cm. küçük çaplı tümörler operasyona tabi tutulmadılar. Karın ağrısı ve tümörün 6 cm. den büyük olması operasyon için en önemli endikasyonlardı. Preoperatif ve postoperatif gestegen verilmesi (abortus hızını etkilemedi. Postoperatif spontan abortus oranı Sn 33 idi.

Abstract

SURGICAL TRRATMENT OF CASES WITH OVARIAN TUMORS IN PREGNANCY
25 pregnant woinen with ovarin tumors, ireated in the Obstetrics Department of The Ankara Faculty Of Medicine, between 1969 - 1976 are presented. During this period, there were 13675 deliveries in this clinic. İncidence of ovarian tumors in pregnancy was one in every 547 deliveries. Simple serous ovarian cysts and dermoid cysts were ihe most common ovarian tumors. If a cyst was less than 5 cm. in diameter no operation was performed. Abdominal pain or a tumor with a size grealer than 6 cm, were the primary indications for surgery. Use of gestagens in preoperative and post operative periods had no affeci on the abortion rate. Postoperative abortion rate was 33 per cent.
