Abstract

Trochanterik bölge kırıklı hastalarımızda aldığımız sonuçlar bizlere ilerisi için bazı yollar gösterdi. Bu bölge kırıklarında cerrahi tedavi tercih edilmelidir. Cerrahi girişimde vakaya göre osteosentez metodu seçilmetidir. Tek metot ekol olarak kabullenilmemelidir. Dâha çok yaşlı hastalarda görülen bu. kırıklarda, girişimlerin ehil ellerde uygun ameliyat şartiarı olan yerlerde yapılması zarurettir.
