Otolog Serum Substrafı ile Kanda ve İdrarda Pepsinojen Aktivitesi Tayin Üzerine Bir Çalışma

Abstract

Gastrointestinal bir hastalık belirtisi göstermeyen 21 kişilik normaller grubu ile 19 duodenal ülserli ve 8 aşilili vak'ada otolog serum substratı kullanılarak kan ve idrarda pepsinojen aktivite tayinleri yapılmıştır. Ayrıca bu grupların mide asiditeleri incelenmiştir. Kanda ve idrarda aktivite, poteoliz sonucu açığa çıkan tirozin olarak (mg, moWml/24 saat) m.I.U. cinsinden hesaplanmıştır. Ortalama standart hata hesabıyla normaller için kanda 270 + 57, idrarda 1536 387, duodenum ülserli hastalar grubunda sırayla 260 + 72 ve 1659 662, asidi gösterenlerde ise 174 + 44 ve 1454 500 bulunmuştur. İstatistik önem bakımından ortalamalar arasında farkların bu gruplarda önemsiz olduğu saptanmıştır.

Determinaticn of the Activity of Pepsinojen in Blood and Urine

Abstract

Determinaticn of the Activity of Pepsinojen in Blood and Urine
autologous serum substrate, determination of the activity cf pLpsinojen in blood and urine is performed among a grcup of' 21 normal people showing no gastrointestinal symptom, 19 patients suffering from duodenal ulcer and 8 achilia. Gastric acidity of these groups is also investigated. Activities in blood and urine are calculated as the m.I.U. of tyrosine (mg mol/ml/24 hr) liberated after the proteolysis.
After the standard error calculation, average value for the normal is found as 270 ± 57 in blood and 1536 + 387 in urine, the blood and urine values for duodenal ulcer are 260 + 72 and 1659 ± 662 respectively.
It is demonstrated that the differences between the averages of the groups has no significance from statistical point of view.
