Anikterik Repatitlerin Tanımında Transmizanların Değeri

Year 1974, Volume: 27 Issue: 1-2, 206 - 220, 30.06.1974

Abstract

Temmuz 1970-1972 yılları arasında, Kliniğimize müracaat eden ikterli 191 hasta ve bunların aile çevresinde bulunan 713 kişi de Reitman - Frankel modifiye spektrofotometrik metoduyla serum transaminaz aktiviteleri tayin edildi. Aktivitelerin yüksek bulunduğu 272 kişinin, anikterik form da infeksiyöz hepatit geçirmekte olabileceklerini düşündük. Anikterik hepatitlerde. transaminazların yükselme derecelerini, yüksek olarak devam sürelerini, SGO-T/SGP-T oranını, diğer karaciğer
fonksiyon testleriyle transaminazlar arasında ki ilgiyi tartıştık.

The Value of Transmissants in the Identification of Anicteric Repatites

Year 1974, Volume: 27 Issue: 1-2, 206 - 220, 30.06.1974

Abstract

Between July 1970 and 1972, serum transaminase activities were determined by the Reitman-Frankel modified spectrophotometric method in 191 jaundiced patients and 713 people in their family circle who applied to our clinic. We thought that 272 people with high activities might have anicteric form of infectious hepatitis. We discussed the degree of elevation of transaminases in anicteric hepatitis, the duration of their elevation, the SGO-T/SGP-T ratio, and the relationship between transaminases and other liver function tests.
