Perikardial Kistler Ve Tedavi Yöntemleri

Abstract

Perikardial kistler, mediastinumun ince duvarlı, berrak bir sıvı ihtiva eden içi mezotelyum ile kaplı olan oluşumlarıdır. PİCKHARDT'ın (5) ilk defa 1934 yılında bir vak'asından başarı•• 11 olarak pleuropericardial kisti çıkarması tetkik edip yayınlaması üzerine hadise klinik ve patolojik yöntemleri ile ortaya çıkmış ve dikkati çekmiştir. Bununla beraber perikardial kistler üzerinde araştırmalar daha eski tarihlere kadar uzanmaktadır.
Netice itibariyle, çallsmalar göstermistir ki; clomiphene citrate tedavisine eklenmis az dozda quinestrol, serumda FSH ve LH seviyelerini az miktarda degistirmektedir ki, bu da clomiphene citrate ile ovulasyonun temini için gereklidir.

Abstract

Pericardial cysts are thin-walled, clear fluid-filled formations of the mediastinum covered with mesothelium. When PICKHARDT (5) first successfully removed a pleuropericardial cyst from a case in 1934, he examined and published it, the event came to light with his clinical and pathological methods and attracted attention. However, research on pericardial cysts dates back to earlier dates. As a result, studies have shown that; a small dose of quinestrol added to clomiphene citrate treatment slightly changes the levels of FSH and LH in the serum, which is necessary for the provision of ovulation with clomiphene citrate.
