Abstract

Bu çalışmada yer solucanı vücut duvarının kolinerjik cevabı üzerine bazı adrenerjik maddelerin etkileri incelendi. Epinephrine 1/2 × 10⁻⁷ ve 1×10⁻⁷ konsantrasyonlarda carbachol'un kolinerjik etkisinde bir inbisyona sebep olmadı. Aynı şekilde norepinephrine 10⁻⁷ ve 10⁻⁶ konsantrasyonlarda herhangi bir inhibisyon hasıl etmedi. Epinephrine ve norepinephrine'i daha konsantre miktarları preparata aktif bir base-line tansiyon verdi. Buna karşılık, isoprenaline 10⁻⁵ konsantrasyona kadar kullanılabilmiştir. 10⁻⁶ ve 10⁻⁵ isoprenaline carbachol'un ilk iki konsantrasyonlarında kasıcı cevapta inhibisyon husule getirmiştir. Metinde ayrıca bu inhibisyonun manası yorumlanmıştır.

Abstract

The effects of some adrenergic substances on the cholinergic response of isolated dorsal muscle of earthworm

In this work, we have studied the effects of some adrenergio drugs on the cholinergic response of isolated dorsal muscle of earthworm induced by carbachol. At the concentration of 1/2×10⁻⁷ and 1×10⁻⁷ epinephrine had no inhibitory effect on the cholinergic response of muscle. It was also shown that norepinephrine could not produce any significant effect on the contraction induced by carbachol. The latter substances can be used at the concentrations of 10⁻⁷ and 10⁻⁶. However, isoprenaline produced a significant inhibition on the first two response of carbachol. But this inhibition was not accepted as the true antagonism. The higher concentrations of drugs could not be used because these concentrations induced an active base line tension.
