Parkinson'un Cerrahi Tedavisinde Şimik Ve Termik Metodlarla Elde Edilen Sonuçların Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Parkinsönizmin tedavisinde yazarlar tarafından kullanılmış iki cerrahi metod, kemotalomoti ve RF ile talamotomi mukayese edilmiş,v ak'alarda elde edilen sonuçlar bildirilmiştir. İkinci teknik olan RF talomotominin daha emniyetli bir metod oldugu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Comparison of Results Obtained with Thermal and Thermal Methods in Surgical Treatment of Parkinson's Disease

Abstract

Two surgical methods used by the authors in the treatment of parkinsonism, chemotalotomy and radiofrequency thalamotomy, were compared, and the results obtained in the cases were reported. It was concluded that the second technique, radiofrequency thalamotomy, was a safer method.
