Morfine Karşı Tolerans ve İptila Mekanizması

Year 1970, Volume: 23 Issue: 3, 914 - 930, 30.06.1970

Abstract

Mechanism of Tolerance and Addiction to Morphine

Year 1970, Volume: 23 Issue: 3, 914 - 930, 30.06.1970

Abstract

Literature information on morphine tolerance and addiction was collected and biogenic amines involved in the mechanism of these events were discussed. In particular, the relationship between brain catecholamines and serotonin and morphine tolerance and addiction was emphasized. The relationship between protein synthesis and morphine tolerance, which has recently gained great importance, was mentioned.
