Abstract

Bu makalede, klinik pratikte oldukça sık rastlanan parestezik meraljinin (Meralgia paraesthetica) etyopatojenezi, semptomatolojisi ve tedavi esasları ayrıntılı şekilde incelenmiştir. Sinirin anatomik seyri, klinik belirtileri, ayırıcı tanısı, konservatif ve cerrahi tedavi yaklaşımları geniş bir literatür taraması ile sunulmuştur.

Meralgia Paraesthetica (Bernhardt–Roth Sendromu)

Abstract

This article comprehensively examines the etiopathogenesis, symptomatology, and treatment principles of paresthetic meralgia (Meralgia paraesthetica), which is frequently encountered in clinical practice. The anatomical course of the nerve, clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis, and both conservative and surgical treatment approaches are discussed based on a broad literature review.
