Abstract

Forensic Medicine is considered a specialized field that deals with matters related to law. Since ancient times, justice has benefited from positive medical discoveries. The use of physicians in cases involving physical and mental harm was the basis for the emergence of Forensic Medicine. The field of contemporary Forensic Medicine has expanded significantly, giving rise to subspecialties closely related to Forensic Medicine. In legal practice, all manner of modern medical discoveries are incorporated into Forensic Medicine. Contemporary Forensic Medicine plays a significant role in the positive implementation of human rights.

Abstract

Adli Tıp Hukuku ilgilendiren konularla uğraşan bir uzmanlık dalı olarak kabul edilmektedir. Tarihin çok eski devirlerinden beri adalet uygulamalarından tıpsal, olumlu buluşlardan yararlanmıştır. İnsanın mesnel ve tinsel şekilde zarar gördüğü olaylarda, hekimlerin görüşlerine baş vuruması Adli Tıbbın doğuş nedeni olmuş, çağdaş Adli Tıp alanı pek çok genişlemiş ve Adli Tıbba yakından ilgili yan dallar oluşmuştur. Hukuk uygulamasında, her türlü modern tıpsal buluşlar, Adli tıp kapsamında yer almıştır. İnsan haklarının, olumlu bir şekilde verilmesinde,çağdaş Adli Tıp büyük rol oynamaktadır.
