Sıçan Hypophyse'i Arka Lobunda Histokimyasal Olarak Lysosom'al Enzim Araştırılması

Abstract

Gomori (lead nitrate) acid phosphatase studies on the posterior lobes of the rat pituitary. Positive acid phosphatase tumors were observed within the cytoplasm of neurosecretory nerve endings (Herring bodies) and pituitary granules of varying size but larger than the neurosecretory granules, and these were considered lysosomes.

Abstract

Sıçan hipofizi arka lobları üzerinde Gomori (kurşun nitrat)asit fosfataz reaksiyonu uygulandı. Pozitif asit fosfataz reaksiyonu nörosekretuvar sinir sonlanmaları (Herring cisimleri) ve pituicy sitoplazmaları içinde esas itibariyle değişik büyüklükte fakat nörosekresyon granülalarından daha iri toparlağimsı granülalar üzerinde gözlendi ve bunlar lizozomlar olarak kabul edildi.
