Abstract

Makalemizde genital organ kanserlerinde kemoterapi konusu işlendi. Bu münasebetle ilgili literatür gözden geçirildi,Antikanserö ilâçlarm hücre seviyesindeki etki mekanizmaları, bu' ilâçların preparat doz ve kullanıldığı yerler belirtildi. özellikle son zamanlarda kullanılmakta olan genital kanserlerde Polyşimioterapi konusundan da bahsedildi.1968 senesinden bu yana kliniğimizde kemoterapi gören hastalar ve alman neticeler belirtildi.

Abstract

in this review chemotherapy of the genital cancer has been reported• For this reason the literatür interested with this subject had been reviewed. On the level of the cell the effect of the chemoterapötics, the preparations of this chemolerapötics, the dosis and the indications had been reported.
Especially, polychimioterapie in the cancer of genital system were explained.In our clinic, from 1968 to today, the patients with cancer of genital system who treated by the chemoterapötics and the reasons were pointed.
