Abstract

Osteochondroma, a benign bone tumor, is frequently encountered in clinical practice. However, it is very rare to find one that has spread to nearly every bone in the body.

The disease state in which multiple osteochondromas are present is called "osteochondrose" and is quite rare. However, considering that we haven't encountered a form in the literature that has spread to multiple bones in the body, generalized osteochondroma is much less common.

Bir Generalise Osteochondrome Vak'ası Münasebetiyle

Abstract

Bir selim tabiatlı kemik uru olan osteochondrome'a klinikte her zaman rastlamak mümkündür. Buna mukabil vücudun aşağı yukarı bütün kemiklerine yayılmış olan şekline çok nadiren rastlanır.
Birden fazla osteochondromun bulunduğu hastalık haline «osteochondrose» denir, ve oldukça nadiren müşahede edilir. Lâkin literatürde, vücudun bir çok kemiklerine yayılmış şekline tesadüf edemediğimize bakılırsa generalise oosteochondrome'a çok daha az rastlanır.
