Abstract

Bu makalede, deri hastalıklarının teşhisinde, prognoz ve tedavisini tayinde biyopsinin önemine temas edilmekte, biyopsi tekniği, endikasyon ve kontrendikasyonları ile bu hususta bazı mülâhazaların münakaşası yapılmaktadır. Histolojik muayene her zaman son sözü söylememekle beraber klinikcinin en büyük yardımcısı olmaktadır.
