Abstract

Üç diabetes insipidus'lu hastanın tedavisinde hydrochlorothiazide'in antidiüretik tesiri incelenmiştir. 2 hastada diürezin ortalama yüzde 40-50, bir hasta da yüzde 80 nisbetinde azaldığı müşahede edilmiştir. İlacın tesir tarzı münakaşa edilmiştir.

Treatment of Diabetes Insipidus with Chlorothiazide Group Drugs (Presentation of Three Diabetes Insipidus Cases Treated with Chlorothiazide Group Drugs and Review of the Literature)

Abstract

The antidiuretic effect of hydrochlorothiazide was studied in the treatment of three patients with diabetes insipidus. Diuresis was observed to decrease by an average of 40-50 percent in two patients and by 80 percent in one patient. The drug's mode of action has been debated.
