401 Mide Tümörü Çalışmasının Sonuçları - II. Sarkomlar

Abstract

Enstitümüzde 1947-1963 yılları arasında 13 hastada primer gastrik sarkomlar tespit edildi. Aynı dönemde toplam gastrik tümör sayısı 401 idi. Gastrik sarkomu olan 13 hastanın kayıtları ve histolojik slaytları incelendi ve bulgular literatürdeki bulgularla birlikte değerlendirildi. Bu 13 hastanın 8'inde malign lenfoma, 4'ünde leiomyosarkom ve sadece birinde hemanjiyosarkom vardı. 8 malign lenfoma vakasından 5'inin (%62,5) lenfosarkom, 2'sinin (%25) retikulum hücreli sarkom ve birinin (%12,5) Hodgkin Hastalığı olduğunu tespit ettik. Vakaların yarısı (%4) erkeklerde, diğer yarısı ise kadınlarda görüldü. Hastaların ortalama yaşı 42,9 yıl olup, yaşları 22 ile 57 arasında değişmekteydi. Tümörler 5 olguda diffüz infiltre lezyonlar, 2 olguda multipl nodüler lezyonlar ve birinde belirgin kabarık kenarlı krater benzeri ülser şeklindeydi.

Results of Studies of 401 Gastric Tumors - II. Sarcomas

Abstract

In 13 patients, primary gastric sarcomas Were found at our Institude
between the years 1947 and 1963. In the same period, the number
of total gastric tumors was 401. The records of and the histologic
slides from 13 natients with gastric sarcomas were reviewed and the
findings evaluated together with those of in the literature.
Of these 13 patients, 8 had malignant Iymphoma, 4 had leiomyosarcoma,
and only one had hemangiosarcoma,
1 — Among 8 cases of malignant Iymphomas we found 5, or
62,5 ner cent, to be Iymphosarcoma, 2 reticulum cell sarcoma (25 per
cent), and one Hodgkin's Disease (12,5 per cent). Half of the cases
(4 cases) were seen in males and the other half in females. The average
age of the patients was 42,9 years, ranging from 22 to 57. The
tumors were diffusely infiltrating lesions in 5 of the cases, multiple
nodular in 2, and a crater - like ulcer with markediy elevated margins
was present in one.
