Sağ Ventrikül Hipertrofisinin Elektrokardiyografik Teşhisinde A, B, C Derivasyonlarının Değeri

Abstract

Mitral darlık, konjenital pulmoner darlık, Fallot tipi kompleksler ve kor pulmonale olmak üzere sağ ventrikül hipertrofisi olan 60 vakada, A-B-C derivasyonları incelenmiş ve değerleri açısından standart derivasyonlarla karşılaştırılmıştır. A-B-C derivasyonları arasında, tek başına A derivasyonunun vakaların %75'inde sağ ventrikül hipertrofisini gösterdiği, standart derivasyonların ise %73'ünde gösterdiği gösterilmiştir. Bununla birlikte, bu A-B-C derivasyonlarının sağ ventrikül hipertrofisini göstermede standart derivasyonlardan daha belirgin bir avantajı yoktur; ancak yalnızca A derivasyonu, standart derivasyonlara ek olarak sağ ventrikül hipertrofisi olan kalp hastasından alınırsa faydalı olabilir.

The Value of the A-B-C Leads in the Electrocardiographic Diagnosis of Right Ventricular Hypertrophy

Abstract

In 60 cases with right ventricular hypertrophy, namely, mitral
stenosis, congenital pulmonary stenosis, Fallot type complexes and cor pulmonale, the A-B-C leads have been investigated and compared
with the standard leads in regard to their values. It has been
shown that among the A-B-C derivations the A lead, alone, has indicated
the right ventricular hypertrophy in 75 per cent of the cases
while the standard leads have revealed it in 73 per cent. Nevertheless,
these A-B-C leads have not more obvious advantage to indicate
right ventricular hypertrophy than the standard leads can, but only
the A lead would be helpful if it is taken from the cardiac patient
with right ventricular hypertrophy in addition to the standard
leads.
