Abstract
Ankara Tıp Fakültesi Doğum - Kadın kliniğinde başla gelen
bir kongenital hydrocephalus vak'asında transabdominal encephalocentesis
yapılmıştır.
Çalışmamızın henüz bir vak'aya inhisar etmiş olmasına rağgmen
elde ettiğimiz netice yüz güldürücü olmuştur.
Endikasyonu tam ve karşılaşılacak tehlikeler iyice gözden geçirilirse,
kommlikasyonsuz olarak muvaffakiyetle tatkik edilebilecek
kolay bir operasyon şeklidir.

Abstract
Transabdominal encephalocentesis was performed in a case of congenital hydrocephalus that occurred in the Ankara Faculty of Medicine's Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic.
Although our study focused on only one case, the results were satisfactory.
It is an easy procedure that can be successfully performed without complications, provided the indications are complete and the potential risks are carefully considered.
