Abstract

Myokard infarktüsü geçiren bir hastada nadir bir komplikasyon olan interventriküler septum perforasyonu vak’ası takdim edilmiş, bu vesile ile literatür gözden geçirilmiş ve vak’a münakaşa edilmiştir.

Abstract

tupture of the interventricular septum four days after myocardial infarction has been presented in this paper. The diagnosis was established clinically and confirmed by the right heart catheterization. Taking opportunity of this case, the subject of this rare complication has been discussed briefly.
