Abstract
Çocuklarda nadir görülen malign hemanjioendotelyoma vak'ası sunulmuştur. Vak'a 3,5 yaşındaki bir kız çocuğunda uylukta gelişen tümörle başlamış, ardından alın, servikal bölgeler, akciğer ve kemik iliğine metastaz yapmıştır. Tedavide Co-teleterapi ve Endoxan kullanılmış; kısa süreli regresyon sağlansa da tümör agresif seyretmiş ve hasta teşhisten 3 ay sonra kaybedilmiştir. Literatürde çocukluk çağında kemik iliği invazyonu bildirilmemiş olması nedeniyle vak'anın özgün yönü vurgulanmıştır.

Abstract
A case of malignant hemangioendothelioma originating from the thigh in a 3.5-year-old girl is presented. The clinical, pathological, and therapeutic aspects are discussed in detail. The case emphasizes the unusual finding of bone marrow invasion by tumor cells, which has not been previously documented in similar pediatric cases.
