Testosteron ve HCG'nin Androjenik Aktivite Üzerine Tesirleri

Abstract

Biological and Physiological specialities of HCG and Testosteron propionat have been reviewed. 75 mature mice were used for this purpose. HCG and Testosteron propionat were injected for 21 days. The genital tract was examined as regards weight, Histology and Biochemistry. The results are presented in (tables 1, 2, 3) and (figures 1 abc, 2 abc, 3 abc). Some of the results confirm us, but some of them contradict on especially practice because of the changes they exhibit in histological structures.

This experiment has been performed in The Worcester Foundation for Experimental Biology Shrewsbury, Mass. U.S.A. in 1965. I wish to extend my thanks to the staff members of the WFEB.

The Effects of HCG and Testosteron Propionate on Androgenic Activity

Abstract

Hipofiz ön fus hormonu ve androgenlerin Biolojik ve Fizyolojik özellikleri gözden geçirilmiştir. Ayrıca 75 laboratuar faresi üzerinde HCG ve testosteron tatbikatı 21 gün süre ile yapılmış ve genital organlar ağırlık, histolojik ve Bioşimik yönden tetkike tabi tutulmuştur. Alınan sonuçlar bize bir kısım klasik bilgileri teyid etmesine rağmen, kısmende bu ilaçların pratikte kullanılmasının bilhassa organda yaptığı histopatolojik değişiklikler sebebiyle her zaman uygun olmayacağını göstermiştir.
Bu tetkik 1955 yılında Amerika Birleşik Devletlerinde The Worcester Foundation for experimental Biology Shrewsbury Mass. da yapılmıştır. Müessese staff üyelerinin yakın ilgi ve yardımlarına bu vesile teşekkür etmeyi bir borç bilirim.
