Abstract
50 tüberküloz vak'ası, trombositer sistem yönünden araştırıldı. 8 vak'ada, trombositlerde agregasyon defekti tesbit edildi. Bunlardan 3 tanesi, tam «edinsel atrombia» tablosu gösteriyorlardı. Bu vak'alarda ADP ile absolü agregasyon yokluğu mevcuttu. Diğer 5 vak'ada, ADP'ye karşı kademeli bir defekt mevcuttu. Retraksiyon ve trombosit faktör 3, hepsinde normal bulundu.

Abstract
Platelet aggregation was investigated, in 50 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis. All of these patients had, diffuse chronic pulmonary tuberculosis. Hemoptysis was present in some of them. Athrombia was found, in three cases. In these cases, ADP-induced aggregation was completely negative at 0,4-40 gamma/ml. concentrations. In four other cases, a partial aggregation defect was demonstrated with prolonged aggregation times. The normal ADP-induced aggregation time is 12-14 seconds at 0,4 gamma/ml. concentration.
