Abstract

Mol hidatiform'un erken teşhis, tedavi ve takibinde bugünkü klinik davranışımız tartışılmış; bu arada teşhiste transabdominal yolla plasenter biyopsi ve kombine uterus radyografisinin değeri üzerinde durularak, hastalığın tedavisinde profilaktik kemoterapinin kıymeti belirtilmiştir.

Present Attitudes in the Clinical Management of Hydatidiform Mole

Abstract

Present clinical attitudes for early diagnosis, treatment and follow up of mole hydatidiform cases has been discussed; the value of the transabdominal placental biopsy combined with the radiologic study of the uterus has been reviewed, and also the importance of the prophylactic chemotherapy in this disease has been stressed.
