Abstract

İn this report, we tried to Show influence of chemotherapy on the ovary cancers in 226 qases. Research Show that ovary cancers have sensivity (% 80) to chemotherapy. So, chemotherapy for ovary cancers had become main raute of therapy. Histology of tumour, its localization. metastatic localization, its complicated with an other disease or not, patients general conditation, labaratory findigs, experience of the medical personal and financial sources are important when making applications of chemotherapy in ovar ycancers.

OVER KANSERLERİNDE KEMOTERAPİ

Abstract

İkiyüz yirmi altı adet over kanseri vakasında kemoterapinin etkisini göstermeye çalıştık. Araştırmalar over kanserlerinhn % 80 kemoterapiye hassas olduklannı göstermiştir. Bu nedenle over kanserlerinde kemoterapi önemli bir tedavi metodu haline gelmiştir.
Over tümörlerinde kemoterapi plani yaparken; tümörün histölojisi lokalizasyönu, metastptik lokalizasyonu, başka bir hastalıkla komplike olup olmadığı, hastanın genel durumu, laboratuvar bulguları, uygulama yapacak personelin tecrübesi, para sorunları önemli faktörlerdir.
