Abstract

Bu derlemede lumbalji fenomeni; anatomik yapı, biyomekanik değişiklikler, dejeneratif, konjenital, travmatik ve tümöral nedenler dahil olmak üzere çok yönlü biçimde ele alınmıştır. Bel ağrısına neden olan spinal stenoz, disk herniasyonu, spondiloliz/spondilolistezis gibi durumların patofizyolojisi detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiş; tanı yöntemleri ile konservatif ve cerrahi tedavi yaklaşımları sistematik olarak sunulmuştur.

Orthopedic Consideration of the Lumbalgia Phenomenon

Abstract

This review comprehensively examines the phenomenon of lumbalgia from an orthopedic perspective, covering anatomical features, biomechanical alterations, and etiological factors such as degenerative, congenital, traumatic, and tumoral causes. Pathophysiological mechanisms underlying spinal stenosis, disc herniation, and spondylolysis/spondylolisthesis are elaborated. Diagnostic techniques and both conservative and surgical treatment strategies are systematically presented.
