Abstract

1 . In the treatment of Osteoarthritic hip joint, various methods are reviewed and the most modern method of artroplasty, total hip replacement operation of McKee Farrar were explained in detailes.
2. The causes of failures and preventive procedures explained on one of our clinical case and fifty of McKee's cases in which 90 per cent success were optained.

Abstract

1. Kalça Osteoartritinin tedavisinde muhtelif ameliyat metodları gözden geçirilerek en modern metod olan total kalça replasmanı teferruatı ile anlatıldı.
2. Kliniğimizde yapılan bir vaka ile McKee tarafından % 90 başarının elde edildiği 50 vakalık seriye temas edildi. Başarısızlık sebepleri ve bunları önleyici müdahaleler izah edildi.
