Abstract
Here, a case of erythroblastosis is shown to have occurred as a result of a Kell-positive child sensitizing a Kell-negative mother. A-B-O and Rh group incompatibility were ruled out in this case. In numerous experiments, an antibody was obtained in the mother's serum that neutralized the protein and gave the best response with the Coombs test.
The results are shown in the tables.

Abstract
Burada, Kell pozitif bir çocuğun, Kell negatif bir anneyi hassaslaştırması sonucu, eritroblastozis vak'ası olduğu gösterilmektedir. Vak'ada A-B-O ve Rh. grupları uyuşmazlığı elenmiş edilmiştir. Yapılan müteaddit deneylerde, anne serumunda proteini ortadan işleyen ve en iyi reaksiyonu Coombs testi ile veren bir antikor elde edilmiştir.
Sonuçlar tablolarda gösterilmiştir.
