Abstract

Sonuç olarak, akut lösemilerde de A: hemoglobinin düşebileceği gösterilmiş olmaktadır. izole bir kaç eritro lösemi vak'ası dhşınra, böyle bir bulgu, bu kadar çok çocuk lösemisi vak'asında daha evvel bildirilmediği için enteresan bir bulum olarak değerlendiriliniştir.

Abstract

A Quantitative determination of Hb A2 has been made on 59 leukemic children prior to the therany through starch block electrophoresis. 55 cases were diagnosed as acute leukem.ia and 4 chronic myeloid leukemia.
The diagnosis was acute Ivmphoblastic leukemia in 33 children and acute myelomonocytic in 22. The mean A2 Fib value in acute leukemia group was found to be sigpificantly Iower than control group, Hl) A: was remeasured in a sınail number of these patients
