Myocardial Revascularization

Year 1971, Volume: 24 Issue: 2, 417 - 434, 30.04.1971

Abstract

Miyokardium revaskülarizasyonu konusunda günümüzde iki grup müdahale uygulanmaktadır. Direkt müdahale olraak :
— Endarterektomi + pec (V. Safena, perikart)

Year 1971, Volume: 24 Issue: 2, 417 - 434, 30.04.1971

Abstract

There are direct and indirect methods of surgical operations for the myocardial revascularization.
The endarterectomy -Jr patch (vena or pericardium), excision and graft (autogeneus vena or artificial grafts), and by — pass (with autogeneus vena or artificial grafts) are some of the direct methods used today most frequently.
As on indrect sungical intervention, in the vineberg's method or in its modificated precedures, the ratio of mortality is less than % 2,5-5 and the results are satisfactory in a range of 60-70
Thus these has been found more reliable for than that of the first groub and it is extencively used for myocardial revascularization.
