Abstract
Sialography is the roentgen demontration of the duct system of the salivary glands by means of the injection of radiopague drugs,
Sialography is utilized to determine if a salivary gland lesion is inflamatory or heoplastic and whether it is encapsulated or invasive, This method is helpful also indeterminidg if a tümör in the
parotid or submaxillary area is within the salivary gland or extrinsic to it. It may demonstrate the presence of calculi, particulariy the radiolucent variety and so determine their position in the gland or duct.

Abstract
Sialografi radyoopak madde vermek sureti ile tükrük bezlerinin radyolojik tetkikidir. Tükrük bezlerinin iltihabi ve invaziv, kapsüllü neoplastik hastalıklarında kullanılır. Bu metod parotis ve submaksiller tükrük bezlerinin intrensek, ekstrensek tümörlerinin teşhisinde oldukça faydalıdır. Sialografi ile tükrük taşlarının teşhisi, taşın pozisyonu hakkındada fevkalade değerli bilgiler edinilebilmektedir,
