Abstract

Spermatik kordon torsiyonuna bağlı olmayan iki testis infarktüsü vakası sunulmuştur. Her iki olgu da genç bireylerde görülmüş ve cerrahi öncesi testis tümörü şüphesi uyandırmıştır. Makale, hastalığın patogenezi, klinik bulguları ve tedavisini literatür ışığında tartışarak vaka bazlı değerlendirme yapmaktadır.

Testis Tümörünü Taklit Eden Testis İnfarktüsü

Abstract

Two cases of testicular infarction unrelated to spermatic cord torsion are presented. Both patients were adolescents and preoperative evaluation suggested a testicular tumor. The article discusses the pathogenesis, clinical features, and treatment of the condition, supported by a brief literature review and case-based analysis.
