Abstract

Özel ve iyi bilinmeyen digitalis toksisitesi aritmi örnekleri takdim edilmiş, her aritmi örneği etraflıca analiz edilerek fizyolojik bve klinik önemi belirtilerek tartışılmıştır. Digitalisin sinus düğümünün altındaki tenbih doğuran merkezlerin otomatizmasını arttırması A - V kondüksiyonu geciktirmesi ile ilgili EKG belirtileri ve ritm bozuklukları üzerinde bilhassa önemle durulmuştur.

DIGITALIS TOXICITY ARRHYTHMIAS

Abstract

Some particular and rare types of digitalis toxicity arrythmias have been presented. They have been analysed and discussed in detail with particular emphasis on physiological and clinical significance of them. Flectrocardiographic manifestations of the increased automaticity of the subsidary pacemakers and decreased A -V conductivity resulting from digitalis overdosage, have been demostrated.
