Abstract

The effect of Digitalis orientalis grown in Ankara on the systole and diastole of the isolated frog heart was very clearly observed. Its effect in stopping the pigeon heart was found to be more potent than the comparison preparations.

Digitalis Orientalis'in İzole Kurbağa Kalbiyle Güvercine Tesiri

Abstract

Ankarada yetişen Digitalis orientalis'in izole kurbağa kalbinde sistol ve diasyol üzerinde olan tesiri çok aşikâr olarak görülmüştür. Güvercin kalbini durdurma tesiri mukayese prepartlarından daha şiddetli bulunmuştur.
