Non-Systemic Benign Tumors of the Small Bowel (Based on a Case)

Abstract

We observed briefly the pathological anatomic, clinic, radiologic, diagnostic and therepeutic problems which are occured by these tumors and we present the observation of a polype case. The patient was 51 years old. The clinical and radiological diagnosis of this case was gastric peptic ulcus. During laparatomia ulcus cauldn't be found, but we discovered a polype which is localizided at beginning of the ileum and provoked and intussusception. The treatment are made by the method of enterectomy and side by side anastomosis. Histological examines proved the macroscopial diagnouis.

Sistematik Olmayan Selim İnce Barsak Tümörleri (Yeni Bir Vaka'nın Takdimi)

Abstract

Sistematik olmayan selim ince barsak tümörlerinin tevlid ettiği anatomo patolojik, klinik, radyolojik, diagnostik ve tedavi problemleri kısaca etüd edildi ve bir polip vak'asının observasyonu arzedildi. 51 yaşında bir kadın olan bu vak'ada klinik ve radyolojik teşhis bir mide ulcus.u idi. Fakat laparatomide ulcus bulunamıyarak ileum anslarının başlangıcında lokalize ve invaginasyon yapmış bir polip tesbit edildi. Tedavi, anterektomi ve laterolateral bir anastomoz şeklinde yapıldı. Histolojik muayeneler makroskopik teşhisi doğrulamışdır.
