Our Researches With A Polyvalent Anthelmintic "Dithiazanine"

Abstract

Dithiazanine iodide (Multipar) was administered to 39 patients, consisting of 21 males and boys, and 18 females and girls.

In 21 cases of T. trichiura, a cure rate of 14.2% was achieved.
In 19 cases of A. lumbricoides, a cure rate of 36.3% was achieved.
In 14 cases of E. vermicularis, a cure rate of 71.4% was achieved.
In 9 cases of Trichostrongylus spp., a cure rate of 11.1% was achieved.

Negative results were obtained in 2 cases of H. nana and 2 cases of N. americanus, while in 2 cases of S. stercoralis, one showed a positive outcome and the other a negative outcome.

Our treatment results are far from the excellent outcomes achieved by American researchers and confirm the views of French authors.

Polivalan Bir Antelmintik “Dithiazanine” İle Yaptığımız Araştırmalar

Abstract

21'i erkek ve erkek çocuk, 18'i kadın ve kız çocuk olan 39 hasta üzerinde dithiazanine iodide (multipar) tatbik edildi.

21 T. trichiura vak’asında % 14.2 şifa elde edildi.
19 A. lumbricoides vak’asında % 36.3 şifa elde edildi.
14 E. vermicularis vak’asında % 71.4 şifa elde edildi.
9 Trichostrongylus spp vak’asında % 11.1 şifa elde edildi.

2 H. nana ve 2 N. americanus vak’asında menfi, 2 S. stercoralisli hastanın birinde müsbet diğerinde menfi sonuç alındı.

Tedavi sonuçlarımız Amerikan araştırıcılarının elde ettikleri mükemmel sonuçtan çok uzaktır ve Fransız otörlerinin görüşlerini tekit etmektedir.
