Progress In Gall Bladder Surgery (Based On 954 Cases)

Year 1964, Volume: 17 Issue: 2, 224 - 234, 30.06.1964

Abstract

1. To study the latest developments in the technique of the Cholecystectomy operation 622 cases who had their operation between 1950 - 58 and 332 cases who had their operation between 1958 - 63 were considered.

2. In the rates of morbidity and mortality a substantial fall was observed in the case of the operations performed between 1958 - 63 as compared to the operations performed between 1950 - 58 and as this was attributed to the techniques applied in the latter period rather than the pre - and post operative care the new surgical techniques are explained.

Safra Kesesi Cerrahisindeki İlerlemeler (954 Vak’a Münasebetiyle)

Year 1964, Volume: 17 Issue: 2, 224 - 234, 30.06.1964

Abstract

1. Kolesistektomi tekniğindeki ilerlemeleri incelemek amacıyla kliniğimizde 1950 - 1958 yılları arasında ameliyat edilen 622 vak’a ile 1958 - 1963 yılları arasında ameliyat edilen 332 vak’a olmak üzere 954 vak’a tetkik edildi.
