Lining and Secondary Papilla Vaters Strictures

Abstract

Information is provided on the modern anatomy and physiology of the papilla of Vater. Following a literature review of the papillary stenosis, we present 120 cases that we examined intraoperatively using television imaging, angiography, radiomanometry, flowmetry, and telecinematography. Among these cases, primary papillary stenosis was detected in five patients, accounting for 4.16% of cases.

Abstract

Papilla Vaterinin modern anotomi ve fizyolojisi üzerinde bilgi verildi. Papilla darlıkları üzerine literatür gözden geçirildikten sonra bizim ameliyat esnasında, televizyon ekranı altında kolan, giografi, radiomanometri, debimetri ve telesinematografi ile incelediğimiz 120 vaka sunulmuştur. Bu vakalar içinde beş hastada % 4,16 primer papilla darlığı tesbit edilmiştir.
