Kobaylarda Plazma Protein Fraksiyonları Üzerinde Paper Elektroferez ile Bir Araştırma

Abstract

In this study, plasma protein fractions of 31 guinea pigs were examined using paper electrophoresis. Although previous literature exists, factors such as strain, care, and diet can influence results. Therefore, this analysis was conducted on laboratory animals under controlled conditions. The average percentage values of protein fractions relative to total plasma protein were calculated. The albumin/globulin ratio was found to be 0.71. These results were compared with previous studies, and possible reasons for discrepancies were discussed.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 31 kobayın plazma protein fraksiyonları kağıt elektroforez yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Literatürde bu konuda bazı veriler bulunmakla birlikte, suş, cins, bakım ve diyet gibi faktörlerin sonuçlara etkisi göz önünde bulundurularak laboratuvar koşullarında bu analiz yapılmıştır. Elde edilen ortalama değerler total protein yüzdesine göre hesaplanmış ve albumin/globulin oranı 0,71 olarak bulunmuştur. Bulgular literatürdeki diğer çalışmalarla karşılaştırılmış ve farklılıkların muhtemel sebepleri tartışılmıştır.
