KUŞAK VE YOL GİRİŞİMİ’NİN AVRUPA-ÇİN İLİŞKİLERİNE ETKİSİ ÜZERİNE BİR ANALİZ

Abstract

Dünyanın en büyük ikinci ekonomisine sahip Çin ile Avrupa Birliği arasındaki ekonomik, siyasi ve sosyal ilişkiler 1975 yılında kurulan ilk diplomatik ilişkiden bu yana sürekli gelişme göstermiştir. İlişkinin yönü Çin’in 2015 yılında duyurduğu Kuşak ve Yol Girişimi’nden itibaren daha geniş ve kapsamlı bir hal almaya başlamıştır.
Küresel ekonomik, sosyal ve siyasal düzenin nasıl ve ne yöne evirileceği geleceğimiz açısından büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu anlamda 2030 yılında dünyanın en büyük ekonomisi ve nüfusuna sahip ülkesi olan Çin ile ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel ve siyasal alanda dünyanın son yüzyıllarına şekil veren AB arasındaki gelişmelerin analizi son derece önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Çin ve AB arasında 45 yıllık ekonomik, siyasi ve sosyal ilişkilerin analizini yaparak ilişkinin gideceği yön hakkında bir fikir edinmektir.
Çalışma, giriş, ilişkilerin tarihsel gelişimi, ekonomik açıdan ilişkiler, sosyal ve politik açıdan ilişkiler ve Kuşak Yol Girişimi sonrası ilişkiler ve sonuç şeklinde 6 ana başlık altında ele alınmıştır.
