Abstract
Kitsch and art are two different structures that never compromise each other. The kitsch that excluded by modernism, was attached to art and legitimated by postmodernism. The kitsch to be respected as superior art is one of the most important problems of contemporary art. As a result of lost of art sovereignty and intervention of global capital to art, and the capital owners decssion on what is art effects the course of art negatively. The kitch could have obtained a previleged place even in art as an enjoyment of new capital owners, behind to be the fan of only subculture In this study, it has been emphasized that the process of kitsch phenomenon to be involved in art

Abstract
Kitsch ve sanat birbiriyle uzlaşması imkânsız iki farklı yapıdır. Modernist dönemin dışladığı kitsch, post modern dönemle birlikte meşrulaştırılıp sanata dâhil edilmiştir. Kitsch ürünlerin üstün sanat yapıtları olarak itibar görmeleri çağdaş sanatın en önemli problemlerinden birisidir. Sanatın özerkliğini yitirmesi ve küresel sermayenin sanata müdahalesi sonucunda neyin sanat olduğuna sermaye sahiplerinin karar vermesi sanatın gidişatını olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Kitsch alt kültürün zevki olmanın ötesinde artık yeni sermaye sahiplerinin zevki olarak da sanatta kendine ayrıcalıklı bir yer edinebilmiştir Bu çalışmada kitsch olgusu, kitschin sanata dâhil edilme süreci ve sanat- sermaye ilişkisindeki
