Abstract

Мақалада ҚР ҰҒА академигі Р.Бердібайдың жеке архивінде сақталған кеңестік жүйеде өмір сүрген түрік халықтары өкілдерінің хаттарына шолу жасалған. Автор хаттарды тақырып жағынан төртке бөледі: а) кітап ауысып отырған, кітаппен бірге жіберген хаттар; ә) ғылыми тақырыптар, ғылыми зерттеулерге сұралған көмек; б) достық, туысқандық қарым-қатынас; в) Қазақ баспасынан ноғай, құмық әдебиетінің таңдаулыларын басып шығару үшін жазылған хаттар. Сібір жеріндегі бурят, саха қаламгерлерінен, Таулы Алтай, Кавказ, Қырым, Еділ бойынан – татар, башқұрт туысқандардан, қарақалпақ, өзбек, қырғыз, түрікмен, азербайжан жерінен келген хаттар сан түрлі ойлар алып келіп тұрған. Олар түрік халықтарының өз тілдерінде – татар, башқұрт, ноғай, құмық, өзбек, қырғыз, қарақалпақ, азербайжан, түрікмен және орыс тілінде жазылған. Хаттар жазылған уақыт - 1970 – 1990 жылдар аралығы. Хаттарды оқып отырып, сол уақыттар түрік халықтарында ерекше бір ішкі рухани жаңғыру кезеңі болғанын көруге болады. Барлығында өз мәдениеті мен тарихын тануға деген ұмтылыс, түбі бір түрік халықтарының бірлігін мойындау, соны жаңғыртуды көздеген талпыныс байқалады. Кеңестік жүйенің жалған идеологиясын жеңіп бара жатқан рухани жеңіс көрінеді. Түрік халықтары зиялы азаматтарының тіл арқылы, мәдени мұра арқылы, тарих пен әдет-ғұрып арқылы бір-біріне қайтадан жақындасуына қадам жасалып жатқанын хаттарда сақталған сырдан анық тануға болады. Автор мақаласында бұл хаттарды кеңестер еліндегі түріктану ғылымының бір саласы ретінде тануға болатын құнды дүниелер деген қорытынды жасаған.

LETTERS FROM THE ARCHIVE OF THE ACADEMICIAN OF NAS RK R.BERDIBAY

Abstract

In this article, the author considers letters from the personal archive of the NAS RK academician R. Berdibay, written by representatives of the Turkic group of people who lived in the Soviet era.
Letters the author divides into four groups on the theme: 1. exchange of books, letters were sent along with the books; 2. Scientific topics, appeals related to scientific research; 3. friendship, relationship; 4. letters written for the purpose of issuing selected Nogai and Kumyk literature in the Kazakh publishing house. The letters brought various ideas and thoughts of Siberian Buryats, Sakh writers, peoples living in The Altai Mountains, the Caucasus, the Crimea, along with the banks of the Volga River the Tatars, the Bashkirs, from the Karakalpaks, Uzbeks, Kirghiz, Turkmens, and Azerbaijanis. They were written in the native languages of these peoples: Tatar, Nogai, Kumyk, Uzbek, Kirghiz, Karakalpak, Azeri, and Turkmen. Letters that came from The Altai Mountains, from Sakh and Buryat were written in Russian. They were written between 1970 and 1990. Reading them you can understand that this period among the Turkic peoples was a period of special spiritual renewal. From these letters you can understand the desire to learn culture and history, to recognize the unity of the Turkic peoples, as well as the efforts to the last modernization. It manifests a spiritual victory over the false ideology of the Soviet system. Thanks to the remaining secrets in these letters, it is possible to identify the steps of the convergence of the intellectuals of the Turkic peoples through language, cultural heritage, history, and customs. In these letters, you can also understand the reasons for the inhibition of the development of the culture of the Turkic peoples. It is noticeable that all scientists, poets, artists, and other people of the art of the Turkic peoples worked together with one goal. R.Berdibay answered all the letters and listened to all the appeals. The author concludes that these letters can be regarded as one valuable branch of Soviet Turkology.
