Abstract

London 1912-1913 ambassador’s conference was firstly held to set the albanian borders. The conference mainly resulted as a battle of interests between Russia and Austria. İn order to prevent te influence of Slav’s in the adriatik sea Austria tried to help the albanian cause. İn her plan Austria was supported by İtaly and Gremany. On the other hand Russia wanted to be an powerfull actor in the adriatik sea. Thus Russia work in favor of the Greek side. Mostly france but england too were in the Russian side too.
