Human Rights In The Context Of The Kosovo Constitution And Freedom Of Religion And Thought
Abstract
Our era
is an era where most discussed and debated the human rights and freedoms. The most important of
these rights violated is the freedom of religion and thought. Since the first day of human existence on earth the term of freedom has been one of
the most important concepts that gives meaning to life. The lack of freedom means the absence of life or nothingness. So people must be in a constant struggle
to be alive.
