Job stress has become a common and costly problem in the allovertheworld. One-fourth of employees view their jobs as the number
one stressor in their lives. In the past 20 years, many studies have looked at the
relationship between Job and stress. So research
on job stress has greatly expanded in recent years. But in spite of this
attention, confusion remains about the causes, effects, and prevention of the job stress.
The purpose of this study is to determine workers religious and spiritual beliefs and activities, so their religious coping activities, measured using
Pargament’s three coping styles and a positive religious coping scale; the
influence of religious coping on psychological and existential well-being. Alsowehave
compared religious coping activitieswith
religiousness andpsychologicalwell-being.
