Pseudomonas solanacearum’un Bazı Domates Çeşitlerine Enfeksiyonunda Bitki Paraziti Nematodların Rolü Üzerine Araştırmalar

Abstract

Üç farklı domates çeşidinde (Atkerson, Floidel ve S-12) bakteriyel solgunluğun gelişiminde etkileşim potansiyellerini belirlemek amacıyla üç bitki paraziti nematod türü (Pratylenchus brochyunis, Tricliodorus christiei ve Meloidogyne incognita) ile bir sera deneyi yürütülmüştür. Bu deneyin sonunda, her baklaya 30×10⁷ hücre sayısıyla eklenen bakterilerin Akterson çeşidinde çok ciddi hasara yol açabilmeleri için nematod katkısına ihtiyaç duymadıkları belirlenmiştir. Bir başka deyişle, Atkerson nematod etkileşimi olmasa bile büyük bir duyarlılık göstermiştir. Nematodlar Floradel çeşidinde P.solanacearum'a önemli ölçüde yardımcı olmuştur. S-12 çeşidinde ise bakteriler nematod etkileşimi olmadan solmada başarılı olamamıştır.

Role of Plant-Parasitic Nematodes in Infecting of Certain Tomato Varieties by Pseudomonas solanacearum

Abstract

A greenhouse experiment was conducted with three species of plant parasitic nematodes (Pratylenchus brochyunis, Tricliodorus christiei and Meloidogyne incognita) to determine their interacting potential in development of bacterial wilt on the three different tomato varieties (Atkerson, Floidel and S-12). At the end of this experiment, it was determined that the bacteria added to each pod with the number of 30×10⁷ cells didn’t need nematode contribution in order to make very severe damage on the variety of Akterson. In the other words, Atkerson showed a great susceptibility even in the case of absence of nematode interaction. Nematodes assisted P.solanacearum in Floradel, significantly. In variety S-12 bacteria failed to success of wilting precisely without nematode interactions.
