Yazar, araştırma harcamalarının maliyet değil, ülke kalkınması için bir yatırım olduğunu açıklıyor. Bu amaçla öncelikle araştırmacı sayısının ve niteliğinin artırılması gerekiyor. Bu bağlamda, iyi bir araştırmacı olmayı teşvik edecek önlemler alınmalıdır.

Agricultural Research is Not Subject to Expenditure but Investment

Abstract

The author explains that research expenditures are not cost but investment for the development of the country. For this purpose, it is first necessary to increase quality and number of research people. In this respect, it must be taken measurements to promote to be a good research-man.
