Abstract

Çileklerin yapraklı çeliklerle sisleme yöntemiyle çoğaltılması üzerine bir deneme yapılmıştır. Çelikler Pocahontas ve Surprise Des Halles çeşitlerinden elde edilmiştir. Hormon olarak 1000, 2000, 30000, 4000 ve 5000 ppm IBA konsantrasyonları kullanılmıştır. Genel olarak en iyi sonuçlar düşük konsantrasyonlarda elde edilmiştir. Yüksek konsantrasyonların ise olumsuz etkileri görülmüştür.

A Study on Rooting Leafy Cuttings of Strawberry Varieties

Abstract

A trial was performed on strawberry propagation with leafy cut tings by misting. The cuttings were made from Pocahontas and Surprise Des Halles varieties. 1000, 2000, 30000, 4000, 5000 ppm concentrations of IBA were used as hormone. Generally, the best results were obtained from low con centration’s. The high concentrations had negative effectiveness.
