Abstract

Bu araştırma, laboratuvar analiz probleminde varyans bileşeninin kullanımını göstermektedir. Materyal olarak, çilek refraktometresinin kuru maddesi alınmıştır. Varyans bileşeni kullanılarak farklı örnekleme planları hesaplanmıştır. Ardından, iki işlem arasındaki ortalama farkın toplam maliyeti ve varyansı hesaplanmıştır. Bu değerler kullanılarak, bilgi başına maliyet (TL) olarak hesaplanmıştır. Sonuçlar, mevcut koşullarda iki tekrarlama, üç tayin ve yaklaşık beş numune ile ±.15x değerinde en ucuz bilginin elde edilebileceğini göstermektedir.

Variance Components in Laboratory Analysis

Abstract

This investigation shows the use of variance component in laboratory analysis problem. As material, it is taken the refractometer dry matter substance in strawberry. Different sampling schemes are calculated through the variance component. Then the total cost for the mean difference between two treatments and the variance of it computed. With help of this values. the cost per information as (TL) calculated. The results show that the cheapest information of ±.15x could be possible in two replications. three determinations and about 5 samples in the available conditions.
